Welcome to Broom House at Egton Bridge
The North Yorkshire Railway runs practically through the garden of this attractive stone house, so if you’re lucky you’ll spy the old steam train puffing past. Cattle may peacefully poke their heads over the fence, while the kitchen garden brims with berries – and lettuces for packed lunches.
Broom House is nestled in the Esk Valley only ¼ mile from Egton Bridge in a peaceful location with lots of space and fresh air. The beautiful, private garden provides a welcome refuge from the hustle and bustle of contemporary life.
All the rooms are self-contained, – we don’t share any of the communal spaces with you. The lounge boasts an open fire, puzzles, games and views into the garden and the landscape beyond. The dining room is spacious too, and social distancing can comfortably be maintained. Despite our rural location, we have access to a wealth of local produce, local, award-winning restaurants, village teashops and cafes.
